Now you can buy our fertile coturnix quail eggs for hatching direct from our North Lincolnshire farm as we offer for sale our high quality hatching quail eggs. Farm fresh and UK Delivered.

For best results we always recommend for you to arrange pickup to ensure best care in transit and best results in the incubator.

We cannot accept any responsibility for failed hatches due to the nature of incubation and the huge array of different quality machines available on the market.
However if you do experience a failed hatch we would be happy to help identify the problem and check our own hatch rates from the exact same batch we sent to you.

For best results please ensure you set your eggs into the incubator within 7 days of the date stamp on the egg boxes.

Due to the nature of incubation and the unlimited things that can go wrong in the many incubators offered for sale today, we cannot warrant any hatch rate success.
Hatching eggs sent by courier will generally have a lower hatch rate than those picked up in person. However we will try to help you work out what the problem may be for any failed hatches so that you can purchase replacement eggs to try again.

Any hatching eggs sent out are taken from the same batches that we ourselves set in the incubators each week, so we do know that any eggs sent out are viable at around 80% hatch rate.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up daily by appointment. Orders placed requiring pickup will be contacted to arrange a suitable time.

DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our store. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL ORDERS OF EGGS ARE DESPATCHED ON A MONDAY, TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY.
This ensures no orders are held in courier warehouses over the weekend which would likely cause damage.
EG:
Orders place on Monday are picked up Tuesday and normally delivered on Wednesday
Orders placed on Tuesday are picked up Wednesday and normally delivered Thursday
Orders placed on Wednesday are picked up Thursday and normally delivered on Friday
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be picked up by the courier on Monday and normally delivered on Tuesday.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

All orders leave our farm within one business day, and are delivered via UPS for which a shipping price is automatically calculated and booked in at checkout.

Some products indicate 'Best to pick up' such as Wholesale Hatching eggs. This is to prevent miss-handling to ensure the highest possible hatch rates. However delivery is still available at checkout if you prefer.

Livestock orders and frozen items are delivered by our own team subject to terms and conditions, please contact us for details.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We offer a free replacement on some egg products damaged in transit. A Photo of the damaged product must be provided.
